Manchester recruiter Stark Brooks has appointed Gron Ffoulkes-Davis to the role of chief executive officer on a permanent basis, while owner Sally Toumi becomes executive chair of the business.

Manchester recruiter Stark Brooks has appointed Gron Ffoulkes-Davis to the role of chief executive officer on a permanent basis, while owner Sally Toumi becomes executive chair of the business.

Ffoulkes-Davies was previously interim CEO of the business, a position he had held since May. He started his career as a chartered accountant and has been group financial controller at retailer HomeForm Group and group finance director at molecular diagnostics company Tepnel Life Sciences.

Toumi was formerly the managing director of the company, and her new role will see her focus on business development and client relations, while also giving her scope to work on fundraising activities for The Christie Hospital and her recently-elected position as an Alumni Association representative on the University of Manchester’s General Assembly.
