Professional recruiter Eames Consulting Group has taken on Philippa Anderson, formerly of rival firm McGregor Boyall, as head of risk management, audit and compliance.

At her previous employer she spent four years as director of the banking division.

Before this she worked for recruiter Charterhouse Partnership in the Middle East, recruiting compliance, anti-money laundering and operational risk candidates into the banking and professional services industry.

Eames was 58th on Recruiter's 2012 Hot 100 list of the UK recruitment companies with the greatest profit per employee.
