The firm, which was listed at 36 in the 2013 FAST 50 list of the fastest-growing private recruitment businesses in the UK, saw turnover of £12.7m, up from £12.4m in the previous year.
Gross profit rose by £456k to £2.7m, while profit for the financial year of £865k was up from £521k last year.
All turnover for the East Anglian-based recruiter is derived from the UK.
The past year saw the recruiter add a further consultant and a further administrative worker to bring its staff count to 30, while the average monthly number of temporary candidates it employed and supplied to clients dropped slightly from 732 to 726.
