Turnover in the year to 31 May 2013 was just under £17m, down from £19.3m the previous year. However, it says it will hit £25m for the current financial year, ending May 2014.

Operating profits dropped from £1.2m to £967k, and profit for financial year shrunk from £881k to £521k.

The company went through a “major restructure” in the period, according to its accounts, including an “overhaul of our operations support function to include a completely new finance department”, and new teams in a number of divisions. Staff count increased from 29 to 33 over the period.

  • The firm was ranked 38th on Recruiter's 2013 FAST 50 list of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment businesses, according to annual sales growth, down from 19th in 2012.
