Dennis previously was managing director of his own Bristol-based recruitment company Iain Dennis Associates that focused exclusively on recruiting for the built environment.

He is credited with building a team there of 200 consultants across 12 offices in locations from Stoke to Truro and from Swindon to Swansea. Market sectors covered by these offices included construction, building services, architecture & interiors, facilities management & maintenance and trades & labour.

In the statement announcing Dennis’s appointment, Dennis was noted for his “positive ‘can do’ attitude”.

HCIG CEO Tim Cook went on to say: “Looking forward to 2014, the future for Eden Brown looks extremely positive. At HCIG we expect the company to continue to go from strength to strength.”
