International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has made a number of appointments to its teams in Warsaw, Poland and Johannesburg, South Africa.

Dariusz Użycki joins the Warsaw team as client partner and head of the industrial practice group for Central East European and CIS regions following more than 12 years within the recruitment industry focusing on executive and senior management placements.

Anna Lisowska-Rakowska and Tomasz Mączyński have joined the company as consultants. Lisowska-Rakowska’s background is in HR and executive recruitment within construction, manufacturing and utilities sectors. 

Mączyński returns to Pedersen & Partners, where he began his executive search career in 2002, and comes from executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates.

Another recent hire also returning to Pedersen & Partners is Annetjie Moore, who rejoins as principal in the Johannesburg office.

Moore worked for Pedersen from 2010 to 2012, when she moved to executive recruiter Odgers Berndtson as principal.
