Online jobs board LoveLocalJobs.com has appointed Nicky Binning as managing director.

Binning takes over from founder Gary Peters to run the day-to-day operations of all the LoveLocalJobs.com jobs boards, including LoveCroydonJobs.com which will launch later this year.
Binning joins from KPMG, where she held roles as head of HR and previously head of recruitment. While there, her team won Best Recruitment Team at the 2012 Recruiter Awards for Excellence and she was the cover profile for May 2012's Recruiter magazine.
