Global jobsite Monster and Bullhorn, the recruitment software specialist, have integrated Monster’s Power Resume Search and SeeMore cloud solution into the Bullhorn applicant tracking system and customer relationship management solution (ATS/CRM). 

The integrated offering aims to provide recruiters with an additional layer of cloud-based advanced search solutions to more quickly find, compare, rank and manage potential candidates. 

One of the early adopters of the solution, Rob Lowry, executive vice president of IT recruiter Apex Systems, says: “Our recruiters will have the ability to leverage two great tools together to pinpoint qualified candidates and make our entire recruitment process faster and more efficient."
