Towers Watson, the global professional services company, has announced several senior promotions within its executive compensation consultancy team as well as a significant senior hire in the UK.

Towers Watson, the global professional services company, has announced several senior promotions within its executive compensation consultancy team as well as a significant senior hire in the UK.

Katharine Turner, the head of the company’s UK executive compensation business, will now assume leadership responsibility for the business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Richard Belfield has been promoted to succeed Turner in the UK.

The executive compensation practice has also re-hired John Edwards as a director in the global financial services team. Based in the UK, he will advise clients in the Financial Services sector, specifically in investment banking and asset management.
