Taiwanese Apple manufacturers launch recruitment drive

Taiwanese electronic manufacturing company Pegatron, and Taiwan’s Foxconn, the main manufacturer of Apple products, are both launching a recruitment drive as Apple ramps up production ahead of the next iPhone launch.

Taiwanese electronic manufacturing company Pegatron, and Taiwan’s Foxconn, the main manufacturer of Apple products, are both launching a recruitment drive as Apple ramps up production ahead of the next iPhone launch.
According to Taiwan’s Economic News Daily, Pegatron will expand its 100,000 workforce in mainland China by 30%, while Foxconn is recruiting 100,000 new workers.
For both companies, these latest hirings will be the largest ever seen in the country.
