Recruitment process outsourcing company Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has launched a new global client service centre in Belfast, creating 250 jobs that will generate annual salaries of £6.1m.

The new centre’s launch is supported by Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) and the region’s Department for Employment & Learning.
In a prepared statement, AMS’ Irish-born founding chief executive officer Rosaleen Blair said that the attractions of Belfast included “a highly-educated and multi-lingual workforce, a cost-competitive infrastructure and a pro-business operating environment”.
Blair went on to say that AMS was confident that Belfast was “the best strategic destination” for the next stage of the company’s development.
AMS operates in more than 80 countries and employs over 2,200 people. International clients include Citi, Rolls-Royce, Deloitte, Baker Hughes and Statoil.
