Analytics and gamification technology provider cube19 has integrated its cloud-based application with Microdec’s Profile RPM.

This means Microdec customers can add cube19’s analytics and real-time leader boards to their existing software, thereby delivering relevant insights to all recruiters over the internet.

Oyster Partnership was one of the first recruiters to use the integrated technology.

The company’s co-founder, Jack Barton, said the “availability and transparency of data” helped recruiters work smarter and created a stronger level of internal competition.

Former SThree chief executive Russell Clements is the non-executive chairman for both cube19 and the Oyster Partnership.
