Global provider of workforce solutions Kelly Services has appointed Martin Lee as vice president (VP), head of sourcing and research for EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Global provider of workforce solutions Kelly Services has appointed Martin Lee as vice president (VP), head of sourcing and research for EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Before joining Kelly Services, Lee was director of sourcing and research at Social Media Search, a Norman Broadbent service. He has previously held roles at Brain Gain Recruiting, Talent Works International and Triad Group.
He will work closely with customers on sourcing and recruitment strategies and advise them on the newest search methods, focusing on strengthening Kelly’s recruitment capabilities, ensuring that it attracts the best talent and provides sourcing training to the teams.
Commenting on the hire, Natalia Shuman, senior VP and general manager, EMEA and Asia Pacific for Kelly Services, said Lee will “play an important role in further executing our recruitment and sourcing strategy”.
