Online jobs board Monster has launched two new social recruiting services in the US – TalentBin by Monster and Monster Twitter Cards, as well as a new communications platform called Monster Talent CRM.
A Monster spokesman tells recruiter.co.uk that the UK – and the Netherlands, France and Germany – can expect to see these services rolled out here within about 90 days. He went on to say that these services mark the first step in the company’s recently announced transformative strategy.
The company said Monster Twitter Cards “moves beyond the limitations of a standard Tweet to boost an employer’s integrated social recruiting strategy by automatically tweeting jobs throughout the day to a company’s or recruiter’s Twitter feed”.
According to Monster, it provides recruiters with a simple, turnkey way to more effectively message job openings, drive additional reach, engagement and interaction with individuals on the Twitter platform.
In addition, Monster has also revealed a refreshed brand identity, reflecting a renewed mission of connecting people and jobs everywhere.
