It also hopes to join the London Stock Exchange.

Pearson Anderson HR manager Monica Reis said there was a lot of demand for the company’s services and it was expanding “very quick”.

She said the nationwide healthcare recruiter was trying to break into other sectors and had already worked with some warehouses.

Company director Amit Kainth told Leicester Mercury the stock market flotation, which would value the business at at least £5m, would take place early next year, but was unavailable to comment for Recruiter.
