New York start-up company Pymetrics has devised a series of simple video games using principles of neuroscience that measure qualities such as attentiveness and impulsiveness.
The results then create a profile, which is compared to company profiles to determine which firm would likely be a better fit for the candidate.
"We are going to recommend you to a bank where we see you will be a good fit. But if you want to apply to another bank independently, they will never know that you weren't a match," says Frida Polli, co-founder of Pymetrics.
