US Cross Country Healthcare completes acquisition of Medical Staffing Network

Healthcare staffing and workforce management provider Cross Country Healthcare has completed the acquisition of Medical Staffing Network (MSN).
Wed, 2 Jul 2014Healthcare staffing and workforce management provider Cross Country Healthcare has completed the acquisition of Medical Staffing Network (MSN).

This closing follows the Asset Purchase Agreement between Cross Country and MSN on 2 June 2014. The total purchasing price will be up to $48.1m (£28.1m).
