The website, www.barjobsite.com, is expected to go live on 1 September.
It is owned by London and Dubai-based Spirited Bar Recruitment, which believes it is the first such dedicated job board.
Candidates will be able to register their details with the company from 24 August.
It is expected to advertise positions across the globe in all aspects of bar work, including general managers.
