The Adecco Way to Work programme saw 10 shortlisted young people from around the world, including 17-year-old Carnforth-based Adam Boardman, take part in a week-long boot camp in Zurich last week.
The 10 were tested in a series of interviews, business assignments and challenges to test their suitability for the role of chief executive.
Ospina will be mentored by Adecco CEO Patrick De Maeseneire for the month of September.
At the end of the month, she will be offered a permanent role suited to her skills and career aspirations.
The programme was launched last year to help improve the employability of young jobseekers.
It provides career guidance and one month job experience at Adecco clients around the world.
