Another two sponsors for Recruiter’s inaugural Investing in Talent Awards have been announced — NumberMill Consulting and Recruitment Entrepreneur.
NumberMill, the accounting consultancy, will sponsor the Most Inspiring Team Leader/Manager award category.
Chief executive Louise Rayner told Recruiter the firm chose to sponsor the award because “inspiring team leaders are the bedrock of our industry”.
She went on to say: “It is the team leaders that motivate their people to deliver excellence daily to their clients. It’s a real skill to juggle clients and candidates, whilst driving their team’s relentless activity. They are the future of our industry and as such we are delighted to see them receive the accolade that they deserve.”
Recruitment Entrepreneur, which invests in recruitment firms, will sponsor the Most Inspiring Recruitment Leader award category.
Co-founder and chief operating officer Amy Golding told Recruiter the firm’s “whole DNA” was investing in talent.
“As a recruitment sector-focused venture capital fund, we back passionate people to start and grow their own business. The Most Inspiring Recruitment Leader award is a category we feel very passionate about as this is exactly the qualities we are looking for in someone when they are looking to start up on their own.”
The winners will pick up their prizes at an Awards lunch and ceremony on 22 October at the Congress Centre in London. Visit www.investingintalent.co.uk to book your table!
