The education and social work specialist, shortlisted in the ‘Best New Agency’ category in the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2014, said its new premises will accommodate a pool of 100 recruiters and new recruitment trainee consultants, which the company will invest in through the launch of its Training Academy.

Tempest Resourcing, founded by Paul Bromwich and Peter Archard, launched three years ago with just four staff.
