The awards were launched earlier this year to recognise recruitment businesses and individuals demonstrating a passion for people. They are also intended to showcase recruitment businesses as employers of choice and recruitment as a rewarding career.

Following their deliberations, Recruiter asked the judges what they thought of the calibre of the entrants.
