Newry-headquartered Autoline Insurance Group is creating 60 jobs with assistance from Invest Northern Ireland.
The company provides insurance and financial services to clients across Northern Ireland.
The investment in staff is to support a move into UK and Republic of Ireland markets.
In a statement, enterprise, trade and investment minister Arlene Foster said the combined salaries of the new roles would contribute £1.5m a year to the economy.
Invest NI has offered Autoline £390k in support of the jobs.
