The service connects jobseekers with opportunities in real time, based on skills, preferences and location.

Similar to technology used by online dating services, with their push notifications and swipe ‘snap’ match functionality, Zoek allows active jobseekers to take a more passive approach to their job search by enabling jobs to come to them.
