Dillistone Group sees revenues rise

Recruitment software provider Dillistone Group’s revenues rose 6% year-on-year to £8.6m in 2014, according to its final audited results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2014.

Recruitment software provider Dillistone Group’s revenues rose 6% year-on-year to £8.6m in 2014, according to its final audited results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2014.

The results also reveal recurring revenues of £5.9m, up 12% on 2013, and adjusted operating profits of £1.82m, up 1%.

Meanwhile, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) was up 7% to £2.4m, while adjusted pre-tax profits increased 1% to £1.82m.

Commenting on the results in a statement, non-executive chairman Mike Love said: “The business continued to invest, delivering a major new product launch in the Dillistone Systems division, while successfully completing the integration of FCP Internet into the Voyager Software division, and in September 2014 announcing the acquisition of ISV Software.”
