Opus Professional Services Group has launched energy recruitment consultancy JDR Energy International. 

Jack Rawcliffe has been appointed managing director of the division. He has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, including three at energy recruiter Spencer Ogden.

In announcing the launch last week [17 April], group chief executive Darren Ryemill said the focus of the group’s existing energy brand, Opus Global Energy & Engineering, had “veered towards the engineering sector”. 

Rawcliffe’s appointment, however, would “help us retain our specialist focus”.
