Lesley Whiting, founder of multi-sector recruiter 1st Stop Recruitment, has been appointed to the national executive of the The Employment Agency Movement (TEAM). 

The executive, made up of representative recruiters from regions across the country, meets every quarter to discuss new innovations, recruitment and employment trends.

Whiting will become director of TEAM’s East of England operation, mentoring and advising 16 recruitment agencies in the agency network.
