All change at Change Recruitment with promotions and hires

Scotland-based international recruiter Change Recruitment Group has made two senior promotions and a further two appointments.

Scotland-based international recruiter Change Recruitment Group has made two senior promotions and a further two appointments. 

Brian Burnett, who has worked for the company for eight years, was promoted from financial controller to head of finance, with a remit to drive the group’s commercial and financial focus.

Dean Durrant, who has worked for the group for almost four years, was promoted from senior consultant to principal consultant.

Lynne Strang was appointed managing consultant, joining the company after almost 14 years with global recruiter Randstad, where she managed the pharmaceutical and business support specialisms.

Clare Brennan was also appointed managing consultant, joining the group after 16 years at global recruiter Hays. She will lead Change’s Glasgow-based accountancy and finance team.
