Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Michael Matella to co-lead the global executive search firm’s services sector within its global technology and services practice.

Based in Chicago, Matella will lead the expansion of the global practice strategy and continue the globalisation of major accounts.  

He joins from CTPartners where he was vice chairman and executive committee member and global head of the executive search firm’s professional services practice.
