Swedish fashion retailer H&M has enlisted its own employees to star in a recruitment campaign as it looks to expand across the US.

The campaign, ‘Place of Possible’, will see 50 employees featured in online, billboard and in-store advertising, as well as in a US college tour.

H&M president of North America Daniel Kulle said in a statement: “H&M loves bringing fashion to the world and we need to find employees that want to join us in our journey.”

The campaign aims to highlight career progression opportunities within the company and attract a diverse range of candidates.

Last year H&M opened 62 new stores in the US, resulting in 2,800 new jobs. The company has announced it will open 61 new stores in the US this year.
