Umbrella and payroll provider JSA Services has completed the acquisitions of Conduit People Management and Conduit Accounting Services from Huntswood CTC.

The deal also sees a long-term partnership between JSA and Huntswood to provide best advice to contractors working on Huntswood engagements. 

Huntswood provides specialist resourcing and consultancy in the areas of governance, compliance and complaints, operating mainly in the financial services sector.  

The Conduit businesses provide payroll and accountancy services to more than 1,700 professional contractors working on Huntswood engagements, predominantly in complaints and claims handling, new business checking and paraplanning [admin duties of financial planning].
