US blue-collar recruiter TrueBlue has appointed Patrick Beharelle as president and chief operating officer.

Beharelle had been president and COO of TrueBlue’s outsourcing solutions group since June 2014, overseeing strategy and operations of the group’s brands Staff Management | SMX, PeopleScout and HRX.

Before that he was chief executive of outsourcing and recruitment group Seaton, acquired by TrueBlue last year.

Beharelle’s new remit is to lead sales and operations across TrueBlue, as well as developing strategies to expand the company’s global presence.
