The Recruitment and Consulting Services Organisation (RCSA) has appointed Penny O’Reilly to its board.

The RCSA is an industry body for talent management and workforce solutions in Australia and New Zealand.

O’Reilly, who has over two decades’ experience in the Australian and New Zealand recruitment industry, is managing director of workforce solutions provider Kelly Australia. She joined the company as general manager of commercial and industrial lines of business in 2010. 

Before that, she worked for specialist recruitment provider Hudson for 10 years. She is based in Sydney.
