Talent consultant for life sciences industry recruiter RSA has appointed Paul Cashman as new partner for global clients.

Cashman will have responsibility for the firm’s major multinational clients. He moves from his EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) head of executive recruitment for BioPharma multinational AbbVie, and also held senior director and partner roles at international search firms including Whitehead Mann, Highland Partners and TMP. He is based in London.
