Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider Cielo has launched a recruiter training programme in Europe, specifically for early career recruiters within its own company.

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider Cielo has launched a recruiter training programme, specifically for early career recruiters within its own company.

This follows a similar programme run by one of the firm’s US operations. 

The first intake will see between 15 and 20 students join the course, combining both new and existing employees and following a strict curriculum. 

The programme is based in Cielo's London office. Students will graduate in September.
