Ciett, the International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies, has appointed Natalia Shuman from Kelly Services to its board.

Shuman, senior vice president for Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific at Kelly, takes her seat on the board as global corporate member, filling the spot left vacant by the previous election of John Kelly, VP and managing director, global talent supply chain at Kelly Services, as chair of corporate members.
