The Invest|R Group, which invests in high-growth, specialist professional staffing and recruitment firms, has appointed Luke Williams as group chief executive. 

Williams moves from specialist private equity firm Refined Selection, which will work alongside The Invest|R Group.

Previously, he was managing partner at global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, where he led the financial services practice, and managing partner at Management Consulting Group, which provides professional services across a range of industries and sectors. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was also chief operating officer of recruitment investor Hamilton Bradshaw group for just over a year.

As group CEO based in London, Williams will lead the group’s growth plans.
