Global recruiter ManpowerGroup has acquired the Australian and Singaporean arms of Five Ten Group’s technology staffing brand Greythorn.

It has also acquired the Australian and Singaporean arms of FiveTen’s finance recruiter, Marks Sattin, a much smaller business than Greythorn in the region.

In those regions, the two brands will now operate under Manpower’s Experis brand. In Australia, Experis recruits in the engineering, IT and finance sectors. Its website reflects no offering currently in Singapore.

Greythorn has offices in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney as well as in Singapore.

Mark Carriban, chief executive of FiveTen Group, said the Australia and Singapore businesses being sold addressed “differing technology markets and clients” than the remaining Greythorn assets across London, Dublin, Seattle, Chicago and Sao Paolo.

He added that those operations would continue to deliver recruitment solutions as Greythorn “as they have done for almost 40 years”.

FiveTen comprises five specialist recruitment brands: Antal Russia, EMR (marketing, digital & communications), Laurence Simons (legal & compliance), Marks Sattin (accountancy & finance) and Greythorn.
