Global recruitment process outsourcing solutions provider Cielo has announced that Christian Scandella will join its leadership team as senior vice president for Latin America.

According to a statement by the company, Scandella joins Cielo after spending the last six years helping to build the RPO practice for global provider of business solutions for HR IBM/Kenexa in Latin America in a variety of managerial and leadership positions.

He leaves the role of global project launch executive at IBM, having overseen the Kenexa/IBM integration in Latin America.

He is currently based in Argentina.
