US executive search firm Alder Koten has appointed a former NFL footballer as a consultant and senior adviser within its sports practice.

Raul Allegre will take on executive search work focused on CEOs, executives, and senior level coaching talent as well as consulting related to leadership and organisational effectiveness for clients in the professional sports sector.

He is a former NFL player with both the New York Giants and Jets.
