Outsourcing buys Australian recruiter Bluefin Resources

Japanese recruiter Outsourcing has acquired Australian recruiter Bluefin Resources Group for ¥1,728m (£8.8m).

Japanese recruiter Outsourcing has acquired Australian recruiter Bluefin Resources Group for ¥1,728m (£8.8m).

Melbourne- and Sydney-based Bluefin provides specialist recruitment services across technology, risk, banking and marketing sectors.

Based on Bluefin’s financial results over the next few years, Outsourcing will make additional payments, bringing the total price up to an estimated ¥1,814m.

According to publication Staffing Industry Analysts, Bluefin is to keep its brand, services lines, staff and business operations. It will continue to be led by founder and managing director James Hone.
