Technology staffing specialist ReThink Recruitment has appointed Paul Archer as regional manager for its Birmingham office.

Archer’s remit is to drive new business sales, establish the firm’s professional services division and embed Rethink’s new Best Practice Framework. 

He joins from professional talent company Experis, part of the ManpowerGroup, where he was a talent business development manager.
