Cloud-based workforce management solutions provider Workforce Software has launched a new tool to allow job and holiday bidding. 

The tool allows bid administrators to set up a bidding process for jobs or holiday and notify eligible employees in seconds. Employees can then browse the available options for both work shifts and holiday periods and make their selections.

The new tool is part of Workforce Software’s EmpCenter suite.
