Energy staffing specialist Contracts Consultancy Ltd (CCL) has promoted resources director Richard Holmes to operations director.

Holmes replaces David Giles who has decided to leave the business after more than 30 years service.

Holmes will be based at the firm’s Putney headquarters in London.
