Business advisory firm Deloitte has acquired the activities of HR tools supplier Indicia Talent & Performance.

This deal sees Deloitte take on Indicia’s employees, associates and assignments. 

In a statement, Deloitte Consulting managing partner Mario van Vliet said the deal strengthens the firm’s presence in the field of HR cloud services. 

Franz Dagelet, former MD of Indicia Talent & Performance, is appointed director at Deloitte Consulting.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
