Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Debbie Cozart, a former consultant at the company, as partner-in-charge of its office in Perth, Western Australia.

The new office will cover Australia's industrial sector, with a special focus on energy, natural resources, mining and infrastructure.

Colin Simpson and Beau Yorke also join as partner and principal respectively.

All three most previously worked for CTPartners.
