Executive search firm Norman Broadbent has appointed Mark Soden as managing director for its technology, media and telecoms practice.

Soden joins from Boyden Executive Search, where he was a partner running the firm’s technology and telecoms practice.

In this new role, Soden will focus on helping clients to identify and secure senior management and board level appointments, with particular emphasis on companies going through change and transformation. 

He is based in London.
