Swedish recruiter Wise Group has announced it is to acquire the Swedish operations of talent management system provider Comaea International.

Wise is to pay SEK19.5m (£1.5m) in cash, plus an additional sum dependent on Comaea’s sales development this year and next.

It has also invested in Norwegian app developer Instacruit, paying SEK2m for a 25% stake and a position on the board.

Instacruit is a mobile recruitment app, which aims to connect recruiters and jobseekers.
