Global executive search partnership Amrop has appointed Svein Ruud practice lead for its global board services practice.

Ruud is, since 2009, managing partner in Amrop’s Stockholm office and a member of Amrop’s global executive board. Before joining Amrop in 2000, he was a partner at executive search firm Nordic Search.

It has also appointed Dr Rita Garg as principal in India; Lukasz Kiniewicz as principal in Warsaw, Poland; Nicole Egede Paustian as partner in Copenhagen, Denmark; and Chandrasekar R as partner in India.

Garg leads the healthcare and life sciences practice in India. Before joining Amrop she worked at Sakra World Hospital as vice president medical strategy and business development.

Kiniewicz is a member of Amrop's global professional services and technology & media practices. He previously founded and run tech and mobile companies, such as Paymax and Operator24.

Egede Paustian is a member of Amrop’s financial services and professional services practices. She joins from Danish wine and spirits supplier Taster Wine, where she was a director.

Chandrasekar R works within Amrop’s infrastructure, industrial, energy and financial services practices. He is founder and director of energy management firm Intelesco, and has previously been chief executive and board member of infrastructure asset owner and operator HCC Infrastructure.
