Wed, 28 Oct 2015International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) is the latest company to sign up to use Rare’s contextual recruitment system (CRS), which is designed to increase social mobility.

Rare Recruitment, which helps graduates from diverse backgrounds find employment, developed the CRS based on selection techniques used by universities, which base offers to prospective students on contextual data.

By putting the performance of individual applicants into context, employers will be able to identify ‘stand-out’ candidates regardless of their background.

Other law firms using Rare’s technology include Baker & McKenzie, Herbert Smith Freehills, Linklaters and Clifford Chance.
